Algebra is in junior high school mathematics "number and Algebra" is an important component, is one of the most basic content of mathematics in junior middle school, primary school and junior high school algebra is a bridge connecting the contents of arithmetic, mathematics knowledge is the first grade junior high school introductory students begin to contact. The introduction of algebra is the basis of mathematical symbols, learning basic function knowledge, it is also the carrier of mathematical language training. In order to make the teaching more effective in algebra, and algebraic teaching provides a certain reference value, it is of great necessity. This paper is divided into five parts, the specific contents are summarized as follows:The first part:introduction. Mainly elaborated the algebra teaching teachers to teach students to learn the problems and issues, research purpose and significance, research status and research some algebra teaching research methods and innovations.The second part:an overview about the relevant content of algebra. Describes the definition of algebraic concepts, the relevant content in the textbook, and two fractional integral type and analysis, algebraic characterization, natural language (Language) into a symbolic language and graphic language between.The third part:the present situation of teaching algebra survey. The investigation includes its concept, characterization (including algebraic reading and writing), the five aspects of operation, properties and comprehensive application content of the test, and the results of the survey was carried out statistical analysis t-test, single factor analysis of variance and mean single sample test, and interviews with some teachers and students.The fourth part:algebra teaching design and teaching case. This part summarizes the related research conclusions, some more effective teaching suggestions and related problems need to further study the algebra teaching based on.
