Before teaching, the teaching design of every link of teaching organization planning, mathematics teaching on students’ growth and development, has profound educational value, including the structural formation of students cognitive ability, comprehensive thinking consciousness, active learning habits. To study, help to enrich the teaching of mathematical way, help to improve the students’ study effect, to guide teachers and students to carry out teaching activities has important practical significance.Aiming at the shortcomings of the junior middle school mathematics teaching present situation, with mathematical recitation teaching design as the main body, first of all, the research discusses the topic selected topic background, research significance, and then on "review", "teaching design", "mathematical recitation" as the breakthrough point, organize literature review; Secondly, on the core concept is defined, in order to "system theory", "mathematics multiple representation" and "of information processing theory" as the theoretical basis of research; Recommended by experts and interviews of some researchers, selecting the teaching design case, combined with "best class evaluation standard of the national middle school young teachers of mathematics (revised edition)" proposed "the junior middle school mathematics teaching design standard" hypothesis. On this basis, and analysed, the consult expert advice and correct some hypothesis, finally it is concluded that the junior middle school mathematics teaching design standards.Research the calculation method of literature study, case study, expert interview, through the theoretical research and empirical research, finally come to a conclusion, the junior middle school mathematics teaching design standard. This standard includes seven links, respectively is teaching material analysis, situation analysis, teaching objectives, teaching difficulties, teaching strategy, teaching process and teaching evaluation; standard article 28 patients.After study, the understanding of junior middle school mathematics teaching design is:(1) mathematical recitation teaching design is the pioneer of the mathematics teaching activities; (2) originally "learn" the organic combination of recitation teaching design.
