Urban Integration And Social Worker Intervention Of Floating Population In Urban Villages From The Perspective Of Living Spac

The development of urban economy has promoted the continuous expansion of the floating population scale,and the floating population has become an important part of the urban population.In the process of integrating into the city,some of the floating population choose to live in the urban villages.Due to the differences in the urban village environment,there are many obstacles in the process of social integration.As the "new handle" of the government in the process of social governance,social work plays an important role in promoting the urban integration of the floating population by providing professional services.In recent years,the advantages of combining the service management of the floating population in urban villages have gradually emerged,and the specific intervention of social work can play a key role in the management of the floating population in urban villages.Therefore,this paper takes the floating population of urban villages in Guangzhou as the research body,and discusses the service focus of social work involved in the floating population.Through questionnaires,visits,observation in the form of data collection,with daily life space as the theoretical perspective,through the characteristics of the floating population in Guangzhou city analysis,summary,build the city into the index system,respectively for living conditions,daily life,work economy,five dimensions integration of social security and social services,psychological identity and culture concept,and use the hierarchical analysis method to calculate the index weight,the data collected by the questionnaire using the SPSS analysis,finally calculate the urban villages in the floating population in all dimensions of the score.According to the score comparison of each dimension,social work conducts multidimensional intervention,by innovating the service mode,developing the form of targeted projects,combined with individual cases,groups,communities and other working methods,to specifically solve the existing integration problems,so as to promote the further urban integration of the floating population of urban villages in Guangzhou.The main viewpoints and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall integration degree of the floating population of urban villages in Guangzhou is relatively medium level,some of the migrant population is in a state of semi-citizenization,and the integration of each small dimension in each dimension has certain differences.(2)At present,the floating population in urban villages in Guangzhou is still in a poor state in terms of living integration and daily life integration,and the integration degree of the floating population in different urban villages is different,so the intervention of social workers can be carried out according to local conditions.(3)The urban integration process of the floating population is based on the integration of the material level,from the integration of living,daily life,work economy and other aspects of the gradual transition to the advanced integration of culture,psychology and other aspects.(4)The intervention of social work is carried out from the following points: residential integration focuses on optimizing environment and linking resources;daily life focuses on strengthening social network construction;work economy integration focuses on providing platforms and training;community service and social security integration focuses on promoting integration;psychological identity and cultural concept integration focuses on breaking boundaries and advocating inclusiveness.
