Study On Countermeasures Of Social Work To Assist Community Governance Of Floating Population

Current under the big background of social transformation in China,due to the rapid development of China’s industrialization and urbanization,a large number of floating population into the city,our country also began to enter a new era of urban population migration is the most active,floating population community living and management has also become a kind of trend,therefore also produced a variety of special type of foreign population centers,At the same time,the influx of a large number of migrants into cities has also brought great challenges to urban community governance,and various social problems have followed.Therefore,the innovative research on the governance of the migrant settlements is conducive to the continuous improvement of the governance model and system of the migrant settlements,and provides new ideas for solving the governance problems in all aspects of the migrant settlements,which is conducive to the continuous development and construction of the city.This paper takes S Community in Qingdao as an example.This community is a special type of migrant community with university staff as the main body.The governance mode of this community is mainly government-led,social work institutions embedded and migrant population participation.In this paper,questionnaire method,semi-structured interview method and participatory observation method are used to explore the achievements of S community in governance,such as: the basic needs of migrant population are met;The development of community work has been recognized by most of the migrant population;The unique cultural construction of S community is gradually taking shape.At the same time,there are still many problems in the community governance of S,which are analyzed from the three aspects of migrant population,neighborhood committee and community self-organization respectively.For example,the enthusiasm of migrant population to participate in governance is not high,and it is difficult for migrant population to integrate into the community;The effect of community cooperative governance is not good;Lack of community staff,professional is not high;Community self-organization becomes a mere formality.Through the above research on community governance of migrant population,the causes of the problems are found,mainly including the lack of practical experience of local government departments and streets in the governance of this type of community;Community governance between the main body does not achieve resource sharing;The migrant population in S community has complicated personal situation and low sense of community identity;The relationship between government and society is mainly caused by "managing and being managed".Therefore,from the perspective of social work to explore S community governance countermeasure,use of professional social work methods,perspective theory and advantages to community art force theory as the theoretical basis,in-depth analysis of the necessity and feasibility of social work power "S community governance,and put forward the practice of social work power S community governance path,mining,and links to floating population community can use the advantages and resources,Thus,the problems in the governance process of S community can be effectively solved and the governance of this special type of migrant population settlement area can be used as a reference.
