Empirical Research On Campus Productive Practice Base In Higher Vocational Colleges

The training base is one of the major ways of higher vocational education, and training base construction is the key to improve the quality of teaching, also the way to build the characteristics of higher vocational education. So strengthening the construction of practical training base and creating high quality practical environment is the problem to be solved urgently around higher vocational colleges. Personnel training mode which uses the campus productive practice base is the innovation of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics. It is the effective way to improve the personnel training quality and the competitiveness of higher vocational education. It is also the key areas and crucial links of the reform of personnel training mode.This paper which takes the campus productive practice base construction of marketing major in Qinhuangdao vocational and technical college as the research object, adopts the method of empirical study and a variety of research methods like questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature and other research methods. The purpose is to study the condition of the campus productive practice base construction and to analysis the problems existing in many aspects just like the policy support, the management mechanism, the faculty, the size and function of the base. Countermeasures will be put forward through case analysis. We hope that we can provide the campus productive practice base construction of higher vocational colleges with some valuable references which can play a role in putting it toward professional, scientific and sustainable direction.The main innovations of this paper are: The innovative operation mode of Innovative Incubation Park of teachers and students of the intramural productive training base construction mode is put forward.
