Research On The Construction Of Productive Practical Training Base On Campus Of Vocational Colleges

The practical-training teaching, as an important aspect of the cultivation of talent and the system of education in higher vocational education, is the basis and foundation of practical education, it is also the key point of being well-qualified and skill applied individuals. With the promotion of the pilot vocational colleges, the construction of well-equipped and complete practical-training base towards school itself is of significance to the reform which combines practice and learning together, it is also the major trend of practice and the essential part to the development of higher vocational education.In this paper, three research methods are used, that is documentary research, survey and experience-summarized method. From the perspective of multi-subject study, I analyzed the construction of inter-college’s practical-training base by collecting and arranging numerable documents, refining the connotation, traits and theoretical foundation of the inter-college practical-training base, analysing the condition concerned of construction of the practical-training base. On the basis of abovementioned, I will do some research on the problems which exist in the construction of the practical-training base by investigating three typical models, analyzing the cases that are relevant to the constructing pattern and its advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, on the basis of documentary and investigating research, I put forward several suggestive thoughts about the points before-mentioned.
