With development of economy and society in China,the construction and mode of employment has been changing. The high proportion of graduate in higher vocational colleges makes employment as a social problem. It will bring benefits in some aspects to encourage teachers and students in higher vocational colleges to start their own business:promote students’employment, relieve the pressure of employment, promote the growth of students, create wealth, influence development of external environment and economy. Entrepreneurship of teachers have effect on campus and society. Students of higher vocational colleges are better than that of university in practical ability, which makes them start their business more easily. Based on this condition, government and colleges take measures to create an environment for entrepreneurship in order to encourage students to take part in their own enterprise. However, the success rate of entrepreneurship is low. Therefore, how to make it easy to start a business has become a more concerned research topic in China’s social and educational development.The major research methods adopted in this essay are questionnaire, case analysis, literature research, comparative analysis and so on.This paper takes books of entrepreneurship theory as references, including global undergraduates’activities, education, success factors and success rate of entrepreneurship. The teachers and students of Tianjin Bohai vocational and technical college are research objects. Experience, factors and motivation are research content. In this essay, I will summarize the key problems of entrepreneurship and measures in innovation, education and entrepreneurial environment. I wish this research will contribute to increasing success rate of college entrepreneurship and relieving the employment pressure.
