For the purpose of practical talents cultivating, Independent colleges developed rapidly during the high education reform of China. Independent colleges in Guangxi also sprung fast even though it’s falling behind the other provinces. However, without forming a sound scientific incentive, the teaching staff construction of Guangxi Independent colleges exist internal problems. Only combined the management practices and incentive theory independent college of science to further optimize the sound incentives, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, improve teaching quality and efficiency of independent institutions to develop a vibrant and competitiveness, which for an independent study teacher incentives Guangxi Academy has its practical significance.Based on the current status of the incentives for teachers in Guangxi Independent colleges, the paper firstly uses domestic and foreign-related incentives and incentives theories to analyze teacher incentive in Guangxi independent colleges. It meets the basic needs of low prevalence, lack of reasonable performance evaluation mechanism, and cultural emotional motivation. Then it puts forward reasonable suggestions and ideas appropriate incentives established with showing the problems led to its internal and external environmental factors and funds management. Finally, it takes J Independent College, Nanning, Guangxi, as an example, on the basis of a review of the prior analysis of J Academy incentives raised the need to study and solve problems and improve incentives for the design of countermeasures.Questionnaires, individual interviews, and some other methods are used to seize the data, independent college of Guangxi current incentive effect analysis conducted; based on independent faculty needs hierarchy, public colleges and teachers were compared in terms of differences in the effectiveness of incentives, etc.; main factors affecting teachers’ motivation and satisfaction were analyzed.
