Since the 90 s,our country began to develop private education,most of the private colleges will scale expansion and college infrastructure construction as the key point of the development of the college,ignored the full-time teachers training,so the whole quality of the full-time teachers is not optimistic.College teachers training is to improve the teaching quality and promoting teachers professional development the important means,more need to strengthen the education of the full-time teachers,private colleges to build a high comprehensive quality,strong ability in the business full-time teachers to provide strong support.It can not only accelerate the development of private colleges from scale expansion to connotation,but also encouraged private colleges gradually formed a professional characteristics,in an impregnable position in the fierce competition.Taking QH full-time teachers training college as the research object,through to the part of full-time teachers questionnaire and interviews for college leaders,further to find problems existing in the QH in full-time teachers training college,found that QH college full-time teachers are not satisfied with the teacher training college.Full-time teachers training form is unitary;Due to the lack of protection and training incentive mechanism,full-time teachers to participate in training the enthusiasm is not high;Full-time teachers do not take the scientific research;Full-time teachers of ascension and long-term training degree.Investigate its reason,there are six aspects: first,the government's policy support is insufficient of private colleges and universities teacher training;Second,full-time teachers training lack of top-level design;Third,insufficient training expenditure;Fourth,the incentive mechanism is not perfect;Fifth,the teaching assignments;Sixth,full-time teachers troop unstable brings negative effect.The author related theory study and reference at home and abroad experts and scholars study of such problems and reasons,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.First,QH college need to strengthen the top-level design;Second,with the foot with the support of good government policies;Third,perfect the incentive mechanism,and constantly increase the funds investment;Fourth,standardize the training content,broadening the channels for training;Fifth,improve the full-time teachers of career planning;Sixth,to do a good job of related evaluation.To strengthen and improve the full-time teachers training to improve teachers' quality and teaching ability,lay the solid foundation for the continuous and stable development of college.
