With the expansion of China’s universities since 1999, Chinese higher education has realized rapid development, both the number of students and universities growing year by year, providing a large number of human resources for economic and social development. As the number of graduates increased year after year, the employment pressure is increasing. First, the universities complain that graduates employment. On the other hand, the recruitment of enterprises unable to recruit suitable personnel Practical ability of graduates is poor, unable to meet the business demand for talent. The job market the reason of the contradiction between supply and demand, the fundamental reason is the current university undergraduate training mechanism to cultivate practical and innovative talents needed by the society.In recent years, many universities in the practice of China’s reform of talent cultivation mode have carried on the exploration and practice. But in the process of reform, universities pay more attention to the internal reform of colleges and universities, cooperation between universities and enterprises mostly stay in the shallow. Universities failed to realize the co educational school enterprise cooperation education idea, both sides of communication is obviously insufficient, the perfect union of undergraduate training mechanism has not yet been established, which has failed to effectively improve the situation of practical ability is weak, the lack of innovative spirit of undergraduate graduate, school enterprise joint training to explore the deep road is still long way to go.In order to solve this problem, the government has been actively exploring reform. In 2010, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "national long-term education reform and development plan", which emphasizes the importance of school enterprise cooperation in running schools, and clearly proposed the establishment of "the new mechanism for joint training of personnel in Colleges and universities and research institutes, industries and enterprises".Based on the school enterprise joint undergraduate students as the breakthrough point, this study use principle of cooperative education and coordination theory, and analysis all of the roles, responsibilities, interests and social responsibility of the joint education of school and enterprise and the mode and mechanism of typical school enterprise joint training both in the domestic and foreign.At the same time, this paper analyses the current situation of the college and enterprise joint cultivation of undergraduates, with taking Guangxi University as an example, and explore and analysis its existing problems and the reasons, in order to construct a new mechanism for undergraduate, joint training of education practice reform to provide reference experience for universities development of enterprise.
