A Study On The Cooperation Between University And Enterprise In Cultivating Technical Talents

In the process of education reform of China, social status and education level of vocational education has attracted more and more attention of society and education department. How to effectively cultivate urgently needed talents for enterprises through the mode of School-Enterprise cooperation is becoming an important focus. So the enterprises in China increasingly pay attention to the influence of School-Enterprise cooperation on how to attract and retain talents.Along with Chinese government paying much attention to the higher education, more and more college students graduate from school, which provides a large number of talents for the development of enterprises. But the college graduates’practice ability is rather mediocre, who have basic theoretic knowledge and whose unrealistic expectations resulted in the volatility of jobs. Some of new staffs’ ability to work does not meet the business requirements and some of new staffs’ state of mind is unbalanced because of the unrealistic expectations, which resulted in the high staff turnover phenomenon. The problem of the demand and supply of applied talents is becoming more serious, which brings enormous pressure to the operation and development of enterprises and stimulate the enterprises thinking around talents’ cultivation and acquisition mode. On one hand, it is the problem of effectiveness of enterprise recruitment. On the other hand, it is the problem of talent cultivation mode. It is useful for promoting the development of enterprises to deal with the relationship between the two problems. It is the study context of this paper.Based on referring to the key words of School-enterprise cooperation and Supplied talents cultivations from CNKI and VIP and other database, this paper reviews the literature, makes summarization, and clarifies research history of domestic and foreign scholars on the School-Enterprise cooperation. Then this paper found the starting point of the research from the focus of the research literature conclusion.The research content of this paper is divided into five chapters to arrangement:TThe first chapter is the introduction, mainly about the research background and significance of the research, main problems, domestic related research, foreign related research, main research problems etc.. This chapter through the analysis of the background and significance of the cooperation and technology applied talents, research on cooperation training mode of applied talents of this topic by. Through consulting documents and find out the domestic and foreign research status of school enterprise cooperation to cultivate technical and applied talents, and find their own appropriate research methods.The second chapter is the review of related theory, mainly from the aspects of occupation technology education, school enterprise cooperation training technical talents theory. Through Marx’s "combining education with productive labor theory, Piaget and Bruner" constructivism education theory, foster "production and learning cooperation theory elaboration for the school enterprise cooperation training applied talents of technology the topic established theoretical foundation.The third chapter analyzes the necessity of A company to carry out school enterprise cooperation. Through the A company technical application talent demand and supply does not match, cause A company to carry out school enterprise cooperation to cultivate technical talents of the topic.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the case of A Limited by Share Ltd, and puts forward the specific content of the cooperation between A and enterprise. Through the analysis of the data of the talent demand of A company and the background of LGJ higher vocational and technical school, establish the cooperative relationship between the two. Through the comparison of the five school enterprise cooperation, combined with the reality of A company, established the form of the order class and LGJ higher vocational school to school enterprise cooperation.
