Implementation and reform of basic education stage science curriculum put forward new requirements for science teachers, quality of Personnel Training in Normal Colleges support the development of science education. The reform of Normal Colleges of Teacher Education lags behind the development of basic education, can not meet the needs of basic education.There is an urgent need to investigate the quality of training of graduates. In order to further promote the reform of science education of our teaching profession, improve the quality of personnel training,Enhance the overall competitiveness of our university graduates in science education,transforming passive adaptation to active lead the development of basic education in science education.In this study, science curriculum reform of basic education and university teacher education reform needs for background, on the basis of existing scientific research and professional development of educational, with science teacher standards to foreign as well as domestic science teacher competency requirements for theoretical support, through a questionnaire to investigate new teachers graduating from our science education major of university in the last five years,employer questionnaires to our science education major of university graduates satisfaction, and investigation through interviews with some outstanding graduates, comprehensive Survey of the above three aspects of practitioners to understand the situation of graduates, find out how they adapt to the actual teaching work, and make the evaluation of our school science education teaching quality and professional results.Comprehensive analysis of graduate follow-up survey, the employer satisfaction surveys and outstanding graduates lessons learned to the conclusion, under the guidance of Schon reflective teaching in theory, Rogers liberal learning theory,and case teaching theory, giving recommendations on training to enhance the quality of our school science education professionals:(1)Integrated interactive curriculum system construction, including through education and teaching management courses heavier, additional science education curriculum,deepen learning psychology courses, laboratory skills courses systematic, comprehensive penetration innovative ability to achieve the knowledge and ability to enhance training, through theoretical curriculum and offer practical courses cross, course content by practice to theory andthen organize to achieve parallel practice of theory and practice.(2)Reflections on a flexible and efficient way of curriculum implementation, including through the project to enhance teaching,case teaching method and other methods the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, through extension of time, clear goals, strengthen management, and the establishment of the whole evaluation system and other measures to achieve educational internship programs practices..(3)Through in-depth analysis of the survey information, the present study further the idea of a new practice-oriented training mode: freshman transition from academics to teach the role, based on the actual needs of the sophomore professional skills training, junior-depth study of the practice of return theory, a senior at a higher level once again test the theory in practice.
