The purpose of this study was to find the subjects muscle training effect analysis through comparing the different body posture and movement rhythm of sit-ups. Different body posture including sit-ups of straight; curve; loading and loss. Different movement rhythm including uniform rhythm, fast up and slow down; slow up and fast down. Use the RMS to analyse the rectus of abdominal(RA); rectus of femoris(RF); quadriceps of inside(QI); quadriceps of outside(QO).Ten sports college male students were recruited to participate in this study. Prior to the experiment, subjects attended to be screened by skin fold thickness and non-injuries. Every participant should finish all the test random. the results using single factor analysis of variance of statistics. Results: 1) the mean RMS of RA from high to low about body posture : straight > loading > curve > loss. there are significant different between straight and curve; straight and loss; loading and loss;2) the mean RMS of RF from high to low about body posture : loading > straight > curve > loss. there are significant different between loading and curve; loading and loss; curve and loss;3) the mean RMS of QO from high to low about body posture : straight > loss > loading > curve. there are significant different between straight and curve; straight and loading; straight and loss; loading and curve;4) the mean RMS of RA from high to low about movement rhythm: fast up and slow down> slow up and fast down> uniform rhythm. there are significant different between fast up and slow down and slow up and fast down; fast up and slow down and uniform rhythm;5) there are no significant different for QI about body posture; there are no significant different for RF;QI and QO about movement rhythm; Conclusions: 1) the effect is best with straight and loading for RA; the effect is best with loading and straight for RF; the effect is best with straight for QO;2) the effect is best with fast up and slow down for RA;3) different body posture and movement rhythm of sit-ups, not only can exercise the stomach muscles, also is the effective method to exercise the leg muscles especially RF, it can provide a new method for someone who need to increase the leg muscle.
