Objective: By comparing the electromyographic characteristics of subjects' surface with pull-ups of different grip lengths and exercise rhythms, this paper tries to explain the influence of different pull-ups on the training effect of each muscle from a new perspective.A variety of training methods can improve everyone's enthusiasm, avoid the boring single training,so as to achieve the training purpose, for sports fitness enthusiasts to provide scientific theoretical basis for training; To provide references for sports workers in the teaching of pull-up programs; To help college students exercise pull-ups.Methods:Ten male college students trained in aumai gym of north central university were selected to carry out pull-up experiments with different grip lengths and exercise rhythms.Adopting a Noraxon company production of 2400 r 16 wireless telemetry recorded all collected subjects pull-ups action is generated in the electromyographic signal, and the movement process of synchronous recording pull-ups experiment, after Noraxon methods of electric equipment form a complete set of MyoResearch 3.1 analysis software of experiment collected for processing,multi-channel semg selecting root-mean-square amplitude value(RMS),muscle contribution as experimental indexes,to various muscles in a different way of pull-ups comparing the methods of electric characteristics in the process of research.Results:(1)the middle grip and the broad grip were used to carry out four kinds of pull-ups,and there was no significant difference in the RMS of each muscle(P>0.05).(2)the latissimus dorsi and deltoid RMS of the two types of grip pull-ups were significantly different in uniform rhythm(P<0.05).The two kinds of grip pull-ups were used under the fast rise and slow fall rhythm, and there were significant differences in triceps humerus, latissimus dorsi and deltoid RMS(P<0.05).The sizes of the two kinds of grip were respectively wide grippull-ups,latissimus dorsi and deltoid RMS.Both latissimus dorsi and deltoid RMS showed significant differences(P<0.05).The sizes of the two kinds of latissimus dorsi and deltoid RMS were respectively wide grip pull-ups and > middle grip pull-ups.The RMS of brachioradialis, triceps humerus, latissimus dorsi and deltoid were significantly different under the slow rise and fall rhythm. The RMS of brachioradialis, triceps humerus, latissimus dorsi and deltoid were all wide grip pull-ups.(3)the order of contribution of each muscle in the pull-up is: brachioradialis > brachieps > latissimus dorsi > brachialis triceps brachialis b>pectoralis major > deltoid. Conclusions :(1)there is no significant difference in the training effect of pull-ups with different movement rhythms for each muscle with middle grip and wide grip;(2)the latissimus dorsi and deltoid muscles are best trained with wide-grip pull-ups in a uniform rhythm;Wide grip pull-ups work best on triceps, latissimus dorsi and deltoid muscles. The latissimus dorsi and deltoid muscles are best trained with slow ups and fast falls.Slow rise and fall rhythm wide grip pull-ups work best on the brachioradialis, triceps, latissimus dorsi and deltoid muscles.(3)the brachioradialis muscle contributes the most to the pull-up,so it is necessary to strengthen the exercise of brachioradialis muscle.(4)in the pull-up,latissimus dorsi and the triangle can be trained using four different exercise rhythms under the broad grip; For the exercise of triceps humerus,we can use the fast up and slow down rhythm and slow up and slow down rhythm under the broad grip for training. The brachioradialis muscle can be exercised with a slow rise and fall rhythm under the broad grip.
