In the knowledge expansion of social environment, the demand for talent in every field is higher and higher. Interpersonal communication and the dissemination of knowledge has undergone tremendous changes in ways, the construction of a learning society is an inevitable trend. Technology, network, along with “WeChat”, “Weibo”, this kind of micro media shows a new look in front of people. Also in the field of education, micro-course with its short, micro, refined characteristics is becoming increasingly known and used by people, the coming era means micro-learning will be more and more popular. Fostering talents with scientific literacy, we must change the way students learn, teach them how to learn, then encourage teachers to do their utmost to develop curriculum resources and make effective use of resources, so as to promote the development of students.This paper taked these above as a foothold, combined theory and practice, used literature, questionnaire, interview to research. On the basic that analysed the process of development and research status at home and abord of micro-course, the author designed and developed some chemical micro-courses cases, and summed up the components and production processes of it. The micro-course status survey that aimed at a high school in Hangzhou was conducted before the project was implemented. The results shows that the people who comprehend micro-course is few, meanwhile, networked form of learning is very popular among students. Based on the survey, the type of micro-course students prefer to is the author wanted to develop, then apply the cases to practical auxiliary teaching, synchronously, track and analyze effectiveness, strive to improve the existing problems in the implementation, with a view to explore the possibility of its application to chemistry teaching in high school. The feedback from students and teachers enough to prove the value of micro-course, it has a profound significance on modern education, however, there are still some problems in practice, such as technology, human resources, thus building chemical micro-course resources need every efforts of educators, also need to go through a long path.
