The development of online curriculum resources has become an important content of "Internet+education",and it is also an important content of the new curriculum reform.?The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Talent Development Plan(2010-2020)?clearly states that by 2020,China will train a group of world-class scientific and technological talents.Chemistry,as an important subject in science education,closely related to people's lives.The presentation of chemistry knowledge by teachers directly affects the future development of students,and the chemistry curriculum reforms repeatedly emphasize the development and utilization of high-quality chemistry curriculum resources.Teachers should try their best to develop high-quality curriculum resources,change the teaching method of mechanically,and cultivate students'comprehensive ability.This study compares the current status of the development of online curriculum resources at home and abroad by reading literature,using Constructivist learning theory,Curriculum transformation and resource concepts,and Education informatization theory as the theoretical guidance for the research,compiling a questionnaire to investigate the status of teachers' development online curriculum resources,to provide an important basis for subsequent research.This study uses case analysis to develop and use the online chemistry course resource website—American Association of Chemistry Teachers(AACT)established by the American Chemical Society(ACS),and sorts out the high-quality resources of the website,including the basics educational chemistry curriculum resources,real-time updated teacher webinars resources,and electronic journal "Chemistry Solution" for teachers and students to learn.Focus on organizing and developing high school chemistry curriculum resources,develop high school chemistry curriculum resources from the three dimensions of chemistry conceptual curriculum resources,project-based Learning curriculum resources,and curriculum resources based on real problem solving,and provide resource development framework and instructional design case,for chemistry teachers to do teaching reference.Research results:(1)The development of online curriculum resources in China is at a low level:attach importance to the construction of resource platforms and despise the development of resource content;lack of high-quality basic education chemistry online curriculum resources;teachers are not enthusiastic about developing online network curriculum resources.(2)The development of online curriculum resources has great value for the realization of curriculum modernization.The AACT resource website is updated in real time,with good interactivity,strong interest,and high timeliness.Based on the website,high-quality high school chemistry curriculum resources have been developed to improve teaching efficiency.At the same time provide a large number of science reading materials for teachers and students.(3)Strengthen the development of high-quality online curriculum resources,strengthen publicity,encourage basic educators to develop high-quality curriculum resources,and enrich my country's chemistry curriculum resource database.
