The essence of the current international competition is based on economic strength and technological strength of the comprehensive national strength contest, the development of national economy and science and technology cannot do without the talent, but talent cultivation cannot do without the development of education, the essence of the current international competition in the final analysis is the competition of education. Gradual penetration of information technology in the field of education, greatly changed the way of education, the quality of education has been improved significantly. Education informatization is the inevitable trend of education development, the countries have formulated a number of policies on promoting the development of education information. In our country’s education system, the secondary vocational education shoulders the task of training high skilled talents across industries. In the process of development of secondary vocational education, has achieved the scale of development, but there are some problems in the cultivation of the talent and the development of education informationization process, the lack of secondary vocational school teachers information ability education is the main reason. Information teaching ability as the essential skills of teachers in information ege, the establishment of theoretical system for the secondary vocational education and secondary vocational talent training objective is of great importance. Through the inspection found, however, at present our country on how to improve secondary vocational teachers’ information technology teaching ability and relevant case study is relatively lack, this is not conducive to the development of secondary vocational education. This study is based on collecting, sorting, analysis of the predecessors’ research results, combined with their own in the secondary vocational school education practice experience, puts forward some improve measures of secondary vocational teachers’ information technology teaching ability, and to participate in the practice of school training, competitions and other activities for example,selects three typical cases are the evidence.This study consists of five parts, the first part of the research background, research significance, research contents and methods and the research status at home and abroad so as to clarify the relevant. In the process of rapid development of information technology in education, vocational education in our country as a skilled talents reserve base cannot be ignored. The key to improve the education quality is the education informatization, and the teacher is the starting point of education informatization. First of all, this study through the literature retrieval method, collecting and organizing the current national strategy to improve secondary vocational teachers’ informational teaching ability and other related aspects of the results, found that the relative lack of related research in China. To cultivate and improve secondary vocational school teachers information teaching ability is the key to realize the modernization of education of the occupation, hope this research can do some beneficial exploration in this respect, n order to promote the development of China’s vocational education informationization.In the second part, first of all, make a distinction between the secondary vocational education "double type" teachers and ordinary teachers, basic ability on the basis of the former with the latter, but also has obvious professional attributes; Secondly, do a simple interpretation of teachers’ educational technology ability standards published by the United Nations and China’s primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability standard; Finally, a brief interpretation in reference to previous research results, and through the analysis of the questionnaire data, under the guidance of tutor, together with the team of "professional colleges and universities teachers’ information technology teaching ability research framework", further defined our vocational school teachers information teaching ability to cultivate and improve the specific requirements.The third part, in the "vocational colleges teachers’ information technology teaching ability research framework", put forward several measures about improve secondary vocational teachers’ information technology teaching ability. Mainly including, the secondary vocational teachers’ information on the cultivation of teaching; By taking part in learning and training, to improve basic skills; Through the competition, improve the ability of teaching design and practice of development; As well as the improvement of the system of vocational schools relevant policies, etc.The fourth part, the combination of finance and trade schools in Wuhan education internship, in finance and trade schools in Wuhan city for example, by participating in the school to carry out various activities such as training, competition, selecting typical cases for example analysis.The fifth part, first of all, this study conducted a systematic arrangement, and then summarized the innovation and deficiency.
