The professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools is the key to the professional development of teachers.However,there are many problems in the development of teachers' professional practice ability in secondary vocational schools.At present,there are few "double-qualified" teachers in most secondary vocational schools in China,and teachers'professional practice ability cannot fully meet the needs of students' development as well as social and economic development.Many current secondary vocational teachers are directly graduated from schools while they do not have enough working experience or hard to put theoretical knowledge into practical teaching process,which leads to its weak hands-on ability.The students can't keep up with the professional practice of instruction,coupled with higher school teaching generally,teachers lack enterprise practice training...ALL these factors have seriously affected the quality of the teachers' practice teaching and the development of secondary vocational education,therefore,how to improve secondary vocational teachers'professional practice ability,to further strengthen secondary vocational teachers team construction is the issue we need to solve.This study has researched the current studies concerning the secondary vocational teachers' professional practice ability.It uses the survey method and interview method to survey the status quo of secondary vocational teachers' professional competence.And through the analysis of the situation,it found problems and reasons behind present secondary vocational teachers' professional practical ability to put forward the corresponding strategy,aiming at providing reference for the secondary vocational teachers' team construction.Specifically,the main contents of this study include:The first part,introduction.This paper mainly discusses the reason of the topic selection,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the purpose of the research and the main research content.Through literature review,it also analyzes the research on teachers' practical ability at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the definition of relevant concepts and summarizes the innovation of the research.The second part,the theoretical basis.The first part mainly studies the connotation of the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the components of the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools from different perspectives.The second part mainly discusses the constructivism learning theory,hierarchy of needs theory and lifelong learning theory,which provide theoretical guidance for the research on the promotion strategy of professional practice ability of secondary vocational teachers.The third part is the investigation of the present situation of teachers' professional practice ability in secondary vocational schools.This paper investigates the current situation of the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools by means of questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the actual state of the development of the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools through statistical collation of the research data.TThe fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the professional practice ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools:lack of professional practice experience,poor practical teaching ability,weak operational ability and practical guidance ability,and the need to improve the practical ability of enterprises.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the existing problems.First,the employment,assessment and incentive systems of secondary vocational schools all lacked of,due attention to teachers' professional practice ability.Second,the secondary vocational school teacher training system is not sound,school-enterprise cooperation has not been implemented in place;Third,teachers in secondary vocational schools lack the consciousness and enthusiasm of self-development.The sixth part,countermeasures and suggestions.From the improvement of school management system,the construction of school-enterprise training path and the strengthening of teachers' awareness of independent development to provide suggestions and strategies for the improvement of professional practice ability of secondary vocational teachers.
