With the advent of the 4 industrial era,vocational education has experienced a new starting point after its prosperity and decline.In order to respond to the needs of the market and economic development,our country attaches great importance to the development of vocational education and the cultivation of senior technicians in the educational system.As an emerging specialty with the rise of the Internet economy in the 2000,e-commerce has developed rapidly.Therefore,many vocational colleges have set up the major of electronic commerce to deliver talents for the development of the e-commerce industry,especially the secondary vocational and technical schools,which are the basis of the vocational education system.However,as e-commerce major is a new development specialty,the training of teachers and the curriculum system are in the embryonic form.At present,the content,method and system of vocational ability training of secondary vocational electronic commerce need to be improvedBased on the above,this paper,starting from the connotation of "ability" itself and the demand for the professional ability of the electronic business post task in the market,determines the structure of the ability factor and the content structure suitable for the characteristics of the secondary vocational e-business students.According the study of the evaluation methods of various abilities,it is determined that the professional standard which takes the actual task as the core is the vocational ability standard of the secondary vocational e-business students.This occupation standard is embodied in the national vocational qualification certificate system.It takes the national vocational qualification certificate system as the standard for the vocational ability evaluation of secondary vocational students,and selects the examination content of the four level of e-business division as the main evaluation content,and analyzes the vocational ability of the secondary vocational e-business students from two aspects of the composition of the ability elements and the content of the ability.It is found that the vocational ability training of vocational students in secondary vocational school has following: overall professional knowledge,theoretical knowledge needs to be strengthened;students' professional knowledge content is different;students' operating skills are far superior to theoretical knowledge learning.In view of the existing problems and specific causes of vocational ability training of secondary vocational e-business students,the following solutions are put forward: reduce the role of curing thinking;teaching tools and methods optimization;school responsibilities are perfect.From the students,teachers,textbooks,schools and several aspects of improvement,in order to better cultivate the vocational ability of the secondary vocational electronic business students.
