| Core strength training as a new field of research has gradually attracted the attention of experts and scholars in the field of sports training. The essence of the training method is through training on the waist and abdomen and deep muscle aroud them to strengthen the body’s ability to control the muscles, enable athletes to improve the stability, enhance the power delivery and utilization ability and make a good basic for players to create a high level of performance.I have read a lot of experts ’opinions and relevant research, and carry out the direction and study method in reference to core strengh training. Through my research of 32 sports major students from Central China University about the core strength training, I got the data of my research. After that, I analysed the data with SPSS, tested sample T analysed and comprised the data about the influence from the core strength training to athletes. The main conclusions are as follows.1. Core strength training with respect to the general strength training, the more important the role of energy output lower limb athletes, the principle is not applied to the lower limbs, but by strengthening the core region of muscle strength, enhance the stability of the body, thereby increasing the efficiency of power transfer and utilization. However, instead of reflecting the project’s energy output of the lower limbs are relative to the general strength training has been significantly improved.2. For the special physical long jump, although different mechanisms of action, but the general strength training and core strength training will make special fitness athletes to improve. Core strength training with respect to the traditional general strength training effect is more pronounced.3.Whether rotational stability or flexion stability, core strength training can improve both of them. These two stabilities need players to have strong core strength. Traditional strength training can improve the stability, but not very obvious.4.In the course of four months of training, the athletes have undergone varying sports injuries in different degrees and places of body. Most of the injuries are in parts of the lower limbs and waist where athletes use to jump. But athletes getting core strength training has less injuries in times and degree than athletes trained by general strength training. The number of injuries the severity of the injury and is also relatively light.Based on the above findings, put forward the advice:No matter what kind of exercises performed, athletes should prepare well and do relaxating activities, especially the lower lambs that long Jumpers most used in training process. Athletes should do fully preparetion to reduce the incidence of sports injuries basically; let athletes understand the mechanism of core strength training through theory books and avoid over-reliance on core strength training and neglection of other aspects. In the training, combine core strength training and general strength training phase, and strive to achieve higher level goals; Before training, diagnose athletes’ basic conditions carefully make athletes in different levels trained in groups. In the process of core strength training, we can desigh some moves which are easy and similar to expressional skilled moves, and strive to get even better training effect. |
