Under the new department guidance of the plenary meeting for the first time, to promote "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" double gen model, not only let more young people realize the value of their life, more important is to meet the needs of the healthy development of China’s economic. Social environment is the inevitable trend, that create high-quality enterprise management personnel and entrepreneurship education, actually, through the entrepreneurship education, improving the enterprise management ability talents to perfect state of mind of their own businesses, and the comprehensive quality.Colleges and universities to conduct entrepreneurship education, it is not in order to develop professional managers, also not to solve the problem of university students’ employment difficult, but the training college students to start my own business, and good at management business entrepreneurs. To achieve "a real entrepreneur" in the era of reform, let them have entrepreneurial intention of college students, have the ability to self-employment and the space to entrepreneurial.The Planned Behavior theory and The Theory of Entrepreneur as the theoretical basis for the study, is to explore the influence of the entrepreneurship education of college students’ entrepreneurial intention. This study adopts the method of empirical research, relying on all over the country of college students more than 370 valid questionnaires, and using SPSS17.0 to valid questionnaires for factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, while, validating the proposed theoretical assumptions.The conclusion of this study as follows:Firstly, the multi-dimensional entrepreneurial education included entrepreneurial psychological quality, entrepreneurship consciousness, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial ability, college students through accept entrepreneurship education, change the initial entrepreneurial psychological quality, the pioneering consciousness,the entrepreneurial knowledge and the entrepreneurial ability; Secondly, the more entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students, the more its entrepreneurial intention; Thirdly, the college students have the pioneering consciousness, the entrepreneurial intention will corresponding enhancement; Fourth, the college students with entrepreneurial knowledge, the more stronger entrepreneurial intention is; Fifth, the stronger of college students’ entrepreneurial ability, the more of the entrepreneurial intention.The innovation of this study mainly embodied as following:First of all, under the background of the social economic, which is adapt to the reform of the national "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation", provide theoretical guidance for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, provide theoretical help for college students’ entrepreneurship, has a certain significance.The second, based on The Planned Behavior theory and The Theory of Entrepreneur, this study is around the multidimensional construct of the entrepreneurial education and college students’ entrepreneurial intention. In this research, the relationship between the expansion and the empirical, are to some extent compensate for the concept and category of the entrepreneurship education, which as a single dimension for my research.Once again, previous studies on the factors of the college students’ entrepreneurial intention is more, there is little literature research on entrepreneurship education.As the leading influence variables, explore its influence on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, this study enriched the research category of entrepreneurship education.The last, previous research in one dimension of entrepreneurship education is the research object of literature, the four dimensions of comprehensive entrepreneurship education, exploring its influence on college students’ entrepreneurial intention, and getting significant results, which is to make up for the positioning of the entrepreneurship education has a positive role.
