The Impact Of Undergraduates’ Entrepreneurship Pressure On Withdrawal Intentions:A Moderated Mediation Model

College Students’ entrepreneurship has become a trend in China’s major colleges and universities.College students’ entrepreneurs will encounter various difficulties and experience the interference of entrepreneurial pressure.When experiencing entrepreneurial difficulties,some college students’ entrepreneurs have high exit intention and some college students’ entrepreneurs have low exit intention.So what are the factors that affect college students’ entrepreneurial exit intention? Based on this background,this study uses qualitative and quantitative research to explore the impact of entrepreneurial pressure on exit intention.This study is divided into two parts.In Study 1,10 entrepreneurs were selected to conduct semi-structured interviews,investigated the influencing factors of College Students’ exit intention,and analyzed the interview data by using grounded theory.In Study 1,it was found that personality traits,entrepreneurial pressure,social support,entrepreneurial attitude,entrepreneurial policy Environment and other factors are the main factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurial exit intention.At the same time,it is found that entrepreneurial attitude may play an intermediary effect between entrepreneurial pressure and exit intention,and entrepreneurial policy may play a regulatory effect between entrepreneurial pressure,entrepreneurial attitude and exit intention;On the basis of study 1,study 2 conducted a questionnaire survey on 491 entrepreneurs to further explore the impact of College Students’ entrepreneurial pressure on exit intention,and the impact of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial policy support on entrepreneurial pressure and exit intention.Use spss22 0、AMOS24.0 statistical analysis of the data obtained.The results show that:(1)On the overall level,except for the exit intention,college students’ entrepreneurial pressure,entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial policy support belong to the upper middle level.(2)Entrepreneurial pressure is negatively correlated with entrepreneurial attitude,positively correlated with exit intention,and negatively correlated with entrepreneurial attitude and exit intention.(3)Entrepreneurial attitude plays a partial mediating effect in entrepreneurial pressure and exit intention,and entrepreneurial policy support plays a moderating effect in entrepreneurial pressure,entrepreneurial attitude and exit intention.Through the analysis and discussion of the research results,this paper provides a theoretical and empirical basis for the reduction of College Students’ exit intention,and points out the shortcomings and prospects of the research,which has a certain practical guiding significance for promoting college students’ entrepreneurship.
