Under the background of education fair, people have more and more urgent requirement for teacher resources balanced allocation, and high quality teacher resources scarcity has become the main problems of the current big gap of urban and rural education level. With the constant improvement of the Internet and multimedia technology, the full research and application of network remote interactive teaching system, realizing urban and rural synchronous classroom teaching and the integration of teacher development shoud be possible. Therefore, this paper proposed classroom construction and technical specification research of "synchronous class" with the support of audio multimedia technology.Firstly, on the basis of reading related literatures both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current problems of teacher resource allocation imbalance between urban and rural areas, and sumed up a balanced solution of the current teacher resources imbalance allocation between urban and rural areas. Drawing on knowledge of activity theory, this paper found that the teacher’s attention on students in other place is not enough and the lack of interaction between teachers and students. Therefore, in order to enhance the interaction between long-range teachers and students and social telepresence of students, the "synchronous class" classroom needs to have the following functions:the teaching video of teachers synchronous display, the teaching materials synchronous pass each other, a long-distance video both teachers and students synchronous display, board information synchronous pass each other, sound picking up synchronous pass each other, video between teachers and students synchronous recorded, a key to control teaching equipment and so on.Secondly, on the basis of demand analysis and function module building in the "synchronous class"classroom, this paper expounds the process of construction of physical environment, development of hardware system and software system. By running and debugging the functions of the classroom, the results show that the "synchronous class"classroom can achieve good function,including the teaching video of teachers synchronous display, the teaching materials synchronous pass each other,a long-distance video both teachers and students synchronous display, board information synchronous pass each other, sound synchronous pass each other.Finally, expanding several rounds of action research on the "synchronous class" classroom, after continuous debug and correction, this paper puts forward the technical specifications of the "synchronous class" classroom. The technical specification includs construction technical specifications and operating specifications. The former provides reference for the consecutive "synchronous classr" classroom construction,including physical environment, hardware technology, software development and other aspects of the specification. The latter provides reference for application of the classroom,including teachers conventional operating procedures in class. Importantly, the operation specification of central control system and electronic whiteboard in the process of operation.
