The rapid development of information technology is bringing profound changes for the teaching and learning. In recent years, more and more educators take subject exploration and website development as the breakthrough of teaching method and teaching model research, which is because the learning activities executing on the subject learning website can inspire the learners’learning interest and cultivate talents with innovative and exploratory spirits. In addition, in the full time compulsory education mathematics standards, it’s especially mentioned that the information technology should be merged into the design and practical application of mathematics education to achieve the integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum ontology. However, although there are a lot of special mathematic learning websites in our country, many of them exist some defects, for example, the range on the website are too wide, contents are numerous to be simply stacked, the web pages are static and lack of interactivity. For these reasons, these types of subject learning websites can not meet the learners’ demands.Therefore, the design and development of subject learning website should be further researched.In this thesis, the knowledge constructing model from sharing to intergrowth is systematically discussed, then a subject learning website for primary school arithmetic is designed and developed. Firstly, the related domestic and abroad research status is comprehensively surveyed, and the defects of current subject learning websites are indicated. In addition, some correlative theories are explored for the design and development of subject learning website, such as knowledge intergrowth,constructivism, primary school mathematics teaching theory, the theory of integration points. Meanwhile, the related technologies to develop the website system are also introduced, which are browser and server model, JavaEE architecture technology, MVC, Struts2 development structure, JavaScript technology, MySQL database management system, etc.The design and development of subject learning website is by the knowledge point case of addition and subtraction within twenty in the first semester of first grade of primary school.The demand of website development is analyzed, the foreground functions and background server functions and related database are designed in detail. Then, the specific measures for implementation and the procedures of important website functional modules are particularly presented, including the foreground modules of home page, course essence, training camp, digital learning resources, I am mathematician and the background modules of users information management, resource management, management of I am mathematician, and so on. The more important is that the design of subject learning website is based on the cognitive ability and psychosomatic features of primary school students. In addition, the basic arithmetic knowledge and subject properties are studied, and the information technologies are utilized to solve the emphasis and difficulties of arithmetic. Therefore, the self-exploration and group cooperation by learners as main part can be realized. Furthermore, how to realize the knowledge construction from sharing to intergrowth is also explored for the subject-based learning website development in the thesis.Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the further research work on comprehensive construction of digital teaching resources and adaptive website to heterogeneous terminals are pointed out.
