In this paper, the domestic and foreign literature in relation of music curriculum educative value and music teaching plan has been reviewed, sorted and prospected, and then illustrated the formation of the educative value, including the eleven contents. Meanwhile, by using stratified random sampling investigation, the author collected more than twenty thousand basic educative music teaching plans, analyzing and summarizing the traditional model of the plans. On this basic, the author has constructed an orientated music educative model focused on refining the curriculum educative values. Later, by combination of qualitative and quantitative, the orientated educative mode has been studied by carried into school education practice. The study was adopted in elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools, and the subjects were teachers and students from the three environments above. By interviewed with questionnaires, classroom teaching practice and data processing, we got five consequences: Teachers were deeply and integrally understand of music and the music curriculum educative value; Turn curriculum-oriented to student-oriented; Students were deeply and integrally understand of music and the music curriculum, they seemed more interested in it, the older, the obvious; The comprehensive quality and study capacity of students were enhanced, they seemed more engaged to study music on their own, the older, the obvious; The effectiveness and quality of music classroom had been significantly improved.
