Chinese Input Output Efficiency Of Higher Education Research

With the deepening of economic globalization, the competition between countries is becoming increasingly fierce, as an important part of China education system, higher education shoulder heavy responsibilities, training high-level talents and the development of modern science and technology to this end, all countries in the world to expand the scale of enrollment, higher education has been an unprecedented rapid development. At the same time, China’s higher education has obtained the considerable development, the input of educational resources increasing, expanding the scale of education, higher education reform has achieved attract people’s attention performance. But we should also see, educational resources are scarce, limited, the party’s eighteen big puts forward to want to do let people’s satisfaction of education, promote higher education connotation development, the rational allocation of educational resources, therefore, how to make better use of educational resources has become the focus of attention.This paper is based the multi discipline knowledge and related scholars of literature,give full consideration to the higher education in recent years some new function also appear, such asexchanges and cooperation function, innovation function, based in the data, set up a more perfect output index system of higher education and Research on the higher education of our country the input-output efficiency were studied by using hybrid meta DEA method.The research results show that, the more input of higher education resources, not necessarilycan do the utilization efficiency of the highest, Guangdong, Jiangsu as invest more provinces and cities did not achieve optimal efficiency, technology on the contrary,Guangxi,Anhui these inputs are not many cities realize resource utilization efficiency optimization. Education unfair distribution of resources will also affect the efficiency of higher education, and thefundamental cause of the unfair distribution of educational resources in economicdevelopment. Beijing, Shanghai as China’s political center and economic center, its efficiencycan achieve the optimal value to five years, while Tibet,Ningxia efficiency value at about 0.68.In the input-output aspects, educational funds, the investment in fixed assets easily produces redundant, technology transfer contract, to recruit foreign students easily output deficiency,that is to say the higher education social service function, play the function of lack of foreign exchange and cooperation. From the regional perspective, although the eastern areacommon boundary efficiency was generally higher than middle area and western area, but by comparing the technology gap ratio, analysis the technical level of the central area of potentialis higher than that of the eastern and western regions, the resources of higher education investment more eastern region, has an important role to enhance the connotation of early warning type development.
