With the deepening of China’s Reform and Opening up Policy and accelerating the process of urbanization, rural surplus labor force to cities on a large scale, so as to increase the number of rural left-behind children. The current rural left-behind children education problem, especially the study question that society and educational department has paid attention to the question. This study used research methods including USES, the methods of questionnaire and interview survey to analyze the influencing factors of rural left-behind children learning and performance. We survey the situation of rural left-behind children’ s learning and analyze the main problems in study. Also we explore the cause of rural left-behind children learning problems and find effective strategies to solve the problem of rural left-behind children’s learning. This study to dissolve the left-behind children’s learning problems and improve the condition of left-behind children’s learning. It is very positive practical significance to promote the realization of education fairness. The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part:the factors affecting rural left-behind children learning and performance analysis. We clarify the factors such as rural left-behind children themselves, family environment, school left-behind children and social environment. They are the key factors influencing the rural left-behind children learning and performance.The second part:the rural left-behind children study status question and problems. We mainly investigate on the rural left-behind children’s school record, learning motivation, learning efficiency, learning interest, learning attitude, learning guidance. We illustrate the manifestation of rural left-behind children’s learning problems, and analyze the cause of rural left-behind children learning problems.The third part:Long Chuan Town try to solve the problem of rural left-behind children’s learning. We clarify the Long Chuan Town how to solve the problem of rural left-behind children learning through by "establish parents responsibility system" and attempt to "establish training institutions of left-behind children". Also we analyze the process and its role of how to operate "establish parents responsibility system". At the same time we illustrate the architecture of how to train "left-behind children training institutions" and how to effect of training.The fourth part:The countermeasure to solve the problem of rural left-behind children’s learning. From three aspects including rural left-behind children’s guardian, government responsibility and school education to analyze the concrete countermeasures which how solve the problem of rural left-behind children learning, how to propose to enhance the consciousness of the guardian education responsibility and how to improve the government responsibility for education. It is very important to pay the leading role of school education.
