Rural left behind children have always been a common phenomenon in China’s vast rural areas,especially in underdeveloped areas,the proportion of left behind children has been high.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas continues to narrow,the number of left behind children in rural areas has decreased significantly,but it is still a special group worthy of our attention.It can be predicted that in a period of time in the future,the rural surplus labor force will continue to transfer,and new left behind children will continue to emerge,so the problem of rural left behind children will still exist in a long period of time.It can be said that the main problem of left behind children in rural areas is the problem of education,which is related to their healthy growth,the harmonious and stable development of rural economy and society,and the future prosperity of the motherland.Therefore,we must strive to solve the problem of education of rural left behind children,so that they can live a healthy and happy life in the most critical growth period,and become qualified successors of the future socialist cause.As a teacher who has been working in rural areas for many years,the author hopes to provide some feasible opinions and suggestions to solve the education problems of left-behind children in rural areas through investigation and research.Literature method,questionnaire survey,case analysis and person interview are the main methods used in this paper,which are based on the investigation of left-behind children in the school where the author works and the classes taught by the author’s colleagues who have long lacked parental care.Through the investigation and analysis of children’s psychological problems in the aspects of staying at home and studying,such as in the usual learning attitude,learning achievement and mental health,and the formation of personality,interpersonal,etc..The main reasons for these problems are the government mechanism is not perfect,the policy is not perfect,the influence of the original family,the lack of school education system,the backward social education and so on.And to solve these problems,to strengthen the government leading,perfect the system of the regulations on the education of legal system,strengthen the education of left-behind children execution of the rule of law and regulations,continuously develop channels to increase rural employment,attracting people,introduced measures to help migrant children into the city entrance,perfecting the education aid reliefsystem and project construction.Second,to tamp family education,first of all,parents must effectively change the ideological concept,and then must maintain a good family communication,change the original family education model.Third,make full use of the role of school education as the main battlefield,improve the school education system,increase the census and registration of left-behind children,innovate the management system of school teachers scientifically,pay attention to training,carry out psychological counseling,and help left-behind children grow up better.Fourth,the whole society should coordinate and coordinate,and create a good living and growing environment for left-behind children.The whole society should participate and regulate together,and increase social volunteer services,so that the whole society can form a resultant force.To form a co-management mechanism with the participation of the whole society,constantly innovate social voluntary services,and form a resultant force in the whole society.
