Youth teachers’ education culture is always a without caused by teachers’ group attaches great importance to the problem. The youth teacher’s education is closely related to the cultural ecology and its personal life practice course. In recent years, our country mainly from the professional development of youth teachers’ theoretical knowledge and skills, and ignore the life of an individual’s role in the development of teachers. And education culture is teachers’ implementation of education guiding ideology of life. Based on the predecessors of seeking the meaning and value of the education culture, on the basis of theoretical study of, through the empirical study as a kind of education profession and professional teachers, The formation of its education culture should be a path to follow.The author based on teachers’ professional development of teachers’ real need and personal exploration of education issues put forward the research question, from the aspects of promoting teacher development, progress of education in this paper.The author thinks that the teacher education culture refers to: Educators in the process of education activities,through the influence of living and teaching practice,own will agglomerate education thought and education values,it is a show by individual teacher education spirit --so composed of organic whole,it is a kind of in the form of culture and education.It is affected by the main body of their own conditions and external conditions,has the characteristics such as dynamic, plasticity, value,through thought, system, implements and behavior and so on four aspects.and its formation is based on the theory of the dynamic character and integrity is the most essential theory,the generation of extrapolated the teacher culture,is part of the individual teacher through constant adjustment and regulation of late and form a complete structure,is that the organization into emergence aggregation structure of the process and result.In this process,need self-organization through interaction of external and internal environment and interpretation.Usually results in the formation of the experience in the course of intervention.At the same time,the formation of teacher’s education culture is part of the teacher’s wisdom and culture perfect,teachers to teach in the process is the learner’s role play.So,based on the theory, demand hierarchy theory, life is the zone of proximal development theory support of the theory of education,to further analyze the teacher’s education culture.In this text,using the method of narrative research on selected a research object for interpretation.By using the method of interview, field investigation method, literature method to collect raw materials,by applying to live, work and study of the narrative as the main line,by showing was the research object of education and cultural form.In explaining the forms of expression of its education culture,by the researchers believe that education is to influence and lead,it receives the education of the thought of life education,stick to "respect", "fear", "free" education values.Generated by the education culture influence factors, mechanism and path analysis,through the teaching to achieve the more image, generated profound reveals young teachers education culture.
