From October 2003 to September 2005, I participated in a study "The action research of school-based curriculum development and school-based curriculum implementation in junior schools", which is a key study of the national education department's "10th five years project". The study is Action Research orientated, and believes that teacher's case study and narrative inquiry are the major research methods. So it encourages the cooperation between junior school teachers and college staff. In the cases of teachers' narrative, there are three problems to be solved. First of all, teachers pay more attention to narrative teaching methods and teaching management, less attention to narrative their curriculum treatment and adaptation; Second, teachers pay more attention to narrative teaching things, less attention to narrative their autobiographic experiences; Third, teachers pay more attention to narrative their "self-centered" experiences, less attention to narrative their cooperated curriculum development experiences. How to solve those problems? The first thing is that we should focus on the curriculum experiences of our student, and then the content of narrative inquiry should be transferred to teachers' curriculum development stuff. Besides we should contact the society, our living background, our self-growth experience to form an autobiography narrative. In order to interact and share our narrative experiences, a healthy, systematic institution is very important.
