With the science technology development becomes more comprehensive, the system of education has been required to develop comprehensively accordingly. The purpose of this paper is to change the existing discipline barriers, strengthen the cross and fusion between subjects, which all this better upgrades the students’entire quality and comprehensive ability that fit with the demand of the new generation, and they make themselves the talents of time.For the contradiction that between separated disciplines and development trend could not be solved in the short term, we conduct the teaching via integrated contents among different disciplines in junior high school phase. This paper mainly adopts documentation method, case analysis method and comparative method. The author, based on Curriculum Standards of Biology and Geography published by Ministry of Education in 2011, selects and compares the teaching materials of junior high school Biology and Geography of PEP Edition. With the arrangement order of Biology teaching material, the integrated contents between Biology and Geography in every theme unit is selected out, and research on the integrate point, seek of the available joint points, summarize the track of Geography in junior high school Biology teaching under the Curriculum Standards, put forward suitable suggestion, and form or conduct effective teaching and learning pattern or methods.There are mostly three separate forms and patterns of junior high school Biology and Geography integrated contents. By classifying the integrated contents in forms and presenting in patterns, the paper helps to recognize and summarize venation and lay-out of junior high school Biology and Geography for front-line teachers. On the foundation of the above, a merging pattern among disciplines will come out and the same goes to the feasible advices for curriculum reform on junior high school Biology and Geography teaching materials compile and teaching.Through the selection, summarization and analyzation of the integrated contents on junior high school biology and geography of PEP edition, five pieces of conclusion are concluded as below. One, it is realized that the study on integrated contents is not much currently. Two, integrated disciplines thought still remains rare and unrecognized among the vast Chinese junior high school teachers. Three, there is not a few integrated contents between Biology and Geography teaching materials of PEP Edition, and they are reflected on integrated points of which embodies the integration of cultivation ability and scientific study methods. Four, all these integrated contents have different lay-out in Biology and Geography. Five, all that implies disciplines-integrated teaching requires reasonable design and suitable entry point. Base on the above conclusions, the paper also put forward some advices. Firstly, update teaching concept and value the integration among disciplines. Secondly, vigorously look for the entry points and seize the internal connection among disciplines. Thirdly, pay attention to the scientific research methods and the integration ability cultivation based on the knowledge points. Fourthly, teaching materials on multi-disciplines and cooperation need to be complied to support integrate-disciplines teaching.
