The city integration of the New Generation Migrant Laborers is not just the transfer of location and the certification process of urban household registration, also includes the lifestyle, survival concept, cultural integration, psychosocial, values, and a series of change. Influenced by traditional concepts and living environment, there are serious differences between the New Generation Migrant Laborers and urban residents on the value idea and behavior way. The cultural clash and value conflict is inevitable during the process of the city integration, which brought New Generation Migrant Laborers belonging abatement and identity bias. The contradiction between the strong integration aspirations and the tough realistic situations, the anxiety and inferiority caused by the identity gap, make the New Generation Migrant Laborers’ integration increasingly difficult. Solve the problem of city integration, not only related to the individual survival and development of the New Generation Migrant Laborers, but also be an important focus of urbanization process. Driven by the individual needs and social needs, this article against investigate the status quo and problems of the New Generation Migrant Laborers’ integration, by propose appropriate education countermeasures to alleviate the problem and deal with relevant suggestions.First, this article starts with the induction and sort on the concept study, research status, influencing factors and countermeasures of the domestic. Summarize the concerns and theoretical contribution of existing research to draw on their experience, induction the weak point of ongoing research to supplement innovation. Integrate the labor migration theory, social integration of migrants, adult education promoting vulnerable groups’ social integration of foreign research. Combined with the current social development states, and learn from the foreigners’policy and measures deal with social integration. To better enrich the theoretical research framework.Second, through the form of questionnaires to carry out the status quo, influencing factors and the corresponding education demand survey of the New Generation Migrant Laborers’ city integration. As the SPSS analysis data emerged, the New Generation Migrant Laborers’ economic integration level is 2.3281, the social integration level is 3.0968, the physical integration level is 2.6104, and the overall city integration level is 2.6784, it shows that the New Generation Migrant Laborers’city integrate situation is not ideal. By the way of correlation analysis and descriptive statistics to analysis the New Generation Migrant Laborers’city integration influencing factors drew the following main conclusions.1.The New Generation Migrant Laborers’ city integration exist significant positive correlation with the economic income and work status.2.The education level exist significant positive correlation with the wage income.3.Adult education accept situation exist significant positive correlation with various factors and the overall level of the New Generation Migrant Laborers’city integration.4.The main purpose of the new generation of migrant workers participate in the activities of education are increase income, master skills, improve quality and adapt to the society.5.Vocational and social communication skills are the New Generation Migrant Laborers’mainly learning needs.6. The New Generation Migrant Laborers most need teaching method is the combine of Enterprise Training, vocational education and the Quality Development Training.Finally, comment the New Generation Migrant Laborers’ city integration impediments from the perspective of Adult Education. Help the New Generation Migrant Laborers improve their employment level, by the way of guiding Job Hunting Concept, take job skill training, schools and enterprises cooperating train, develop academic together with skills dual certificates training system, and Popularize ubiquitous learning, to promote their economic integration level. Help them build social platforms, by the way of reshape their social network, carry Leisure Education, build learning community, teach urban concept and strengthen social capital, to promote their social integration level. Enhance their urban identity level, through strengthen self-identity, digest cognitive estrangement, take Frustration Education, develop psychological capital, and convert survival perspective, to promote their psychology integration level.
