As the whole society paying great importance to the foundation education,combined with the basic education enrollment reducing year by year,that will inevitably lead to increasing competition between basic education schools. The direct effect of this change is the threshold of the teachers’ position will be higher, and the expectations of teachers’ comprehensive quality from school and parents will be higher.Under this background,the professional practice skills of normal college students as future teachers has become the most important concern for the employer in the process of job search.During the period of school,normal students have systematically learned rich theory such as educational theory,subject content, general knowledge and so on,all except the training of teaching practice ability,which has become a weakness for normal students in the development of future career.Therefore,it is very imperative for normal students to strengthen the cultivation in teachers’ practical knowledge.This is not only related that if normal students can get recruiters in the job search process,what’s more,directly impact if normal students can grow from novice to expert teacher successfully.The development of information technology brings a shock to the traditional classroom teaching.Blended learning can make full use of the advantages of online learning to make up the deficiency of classroom learning,so as to improve the efficiency of learning.Therefore,this research will carry out the cultivation of teachers’ practical knowledge to normal college students in blended learning environments.Through consulting relevant literature,the writer understand the situation about the research of domestic and foreign teachers’ practical knowledge, the implementation of blended learning training scheme,and the successful experience of pre-service teacher training.Then combining with the current situation of normal students in teachers’ practical knowledge,guided by the advanced educational philosophy,put forward the training scheme by blended learning,and apply to actual teaching activity to practice.By summarizing and analyzing the effect of practice,and reflect on problems encountered in the process of teaching practice,aim at finding effective strategies for training teachers practical knowledge by the way of blended learning.
