In the process of the study of teachers’ professional development,people not only focus on theoretical knowledge which the teachers should possess,but also focus on teachers’ own practical knowledge.This kind of knowledge,with obvious situationality and individuality,is affected by personal experience,consciousness,style and behavior,can improve teachers’professional status and lay a solid foundation for the teachers’ professional development.For normal school students,pursuing and achieving the generation and accumulation of practical knowledge is not only helpful for future teaching practice,but also embodies the demands of teachers’ professional autonomy.Students of normal colleges and universities are the main source of future teachers,their growth plays a key role on future teachers’ strength and the trend of education development As a result,normal school students’ practical knowledge should be highly valved.In addition,the teaching practice is the most direct and most systematic instructional practice during the period of the cultivation of normal students.lt is also an important part of teacher education taining and a key curriculum in the generation of practical knowledge,which plays a vital role in the generation and accumulation of practical knowledge.Therefore,this article gives a comparison and analysis about the actuality of normal students’practical knowledge which happened before and after teaching practice,aims to confirm teaching practice’s specific influence to the normal students’ practical knowledge.This article used the way of questionnaire and interview to investigate the actuality of normal students’ practical knowledge before and after teaching practice,especially to compare and analyze the following parts:students’ self knowledge,curriculum knowledge,general pedagogical knowledge,subject teaching knowledge,subject content knowledge,knowledge of students and reflect knowledge.This article also used the way of personal narrative research to discuss the changes of practical knowledge before and after teaching practice,so as to clear the impact of teaching practice for normal students’ practical knowledge.From the data and interview;this article also found the following questions:normal students have few ways to gain practical knowledge;Their attitude on teaching activities was not correct;Their reflect initiative was not high;Some parts of knowledge had no significant difference before and after teaching practice.On the basis of further explore the reasons,this article based on the research conclusion and the related theory of education,put forward strategies of how to generate,improve and develop students’ practical knowledge from three aspects:the normal colleges and universities,practice school and students themselves,It also aims to lay a solid foundation for cultivate excellent teachers.
