Practical knowledge is a special form of knowledge which is formed in the process of normal students’ professional development.It is the important part of their professional knowledge,so,it is immeasurable for normal students’ professional development,and affect their educational and teaching practice activities in both implicit and explicit.Results of the study are paid little attention to normal students’ practical knowledge,so,the study investigates three typical normal students of general primary education major of Q normal university by mainly using the methods of literature and interview.The study investigates their knowledge about themselves,situation,strategic and reflection,view and opinion of practical training,probation and practice,and influence factors,etc.And reveals the normal students’ psychological journey in the course of forming practical knowledge,and explores the contents,ways of formation and influence factors of normal students’ practical knowledge.The study found that graduating students had initially formed practical knowledge through practical training,activities,probation and practice of three years.And it is the biggest external cause that learning community and shared vision.But also found some problems that practical training not fixed in the form of course,normal students’ lecture not well attract students’ attention and handling emergency of class seems rawly,etc.The reason maybe is that lack of campus practice course,normal students’ ability of integrated curriculum is poor,probation time is short and normal students’ lectures is fewer.So,in order to ensure the formation of normal students’ practical knowledge better,we need to increase the practice course,train the ability of integrated curriculum,increase practice time,etc.Main content is as follows:Firstly,it is preface.The study discusses the origin,meaning and purpose,overall design and method of collecting data,characteristics and innovation of the study.The first chapter finds out the theoretical basis of the study by defining related concepts and collating literature at home and abroad,to determine the analysis framework of the study.It prepares for the next step research.It is the main part that from the second chapter to the fourth chapter.The study extracts typical cases from the interview data,and explores the contents,ways of formation and influence factors of normal students’ practical knowledge using theory of reflective practice theory,learning organization,successful intelligence and tacit knowledge.The fifth chapter shows the conclusion and thinking.Summing up the regular and universal conclusions in the process of the formation of normal students’ practical knowledge,problems and deficiency in the process of normal students cultivation.Putting forward relevant thinking in order to provide minimal experience and reference for cultivating normal students’ schools or teams and to make normal students form more rich and strong practical knowledge.
