Having good communication skills is the basis for the professional development of pre-school education teachers and one of the important skills for kindergarten education in the future.However,the traditional education and teaching methods are difficult to meet the training requirements of pre-school education teachers in the new era.With the advent of the "Internet+Education" era,"blended learning" has gradually attracted the attention of domestic educators,providing an opportunity to cultivate the communication skills of pre-school education teachers.Therefore,this study aims to cultivate and improve the communication skills of pre-school education students in a blended learning environment,relying on the core curriculum of preschool education,Preschool Education Principles.The research starts with the real teaching practice,puts forward the research problems after clearing analysis of the research background,and uses the literature analysis method to discuss the research status and related theories of communication ability and blended learning.Through exploratory factor analysis,it is confirmed that the three dimensions of preschool education professional students' communication ability include six factors:professional cognition,empathy,communication tendency,communication attitude,expressing information,accepting information,and using questionnaire to understand Shaanxi Normal University.The reality of communication skills of junior college students in preschool education found that students have weaker ability to communicate with professional knowledge,lack communication motivation and communication confidence,have communication anxiety,have weak oral expression and body language.In response to these problems,we propose a learning strategy to improve communication skills:attach importance to pre-school learning,strengthen after-school evaluation and reflection,create communication situations,establish a teaching relationship between teachers and students,and interact with students;organize learning activities and provide communication guidance.The strategy is integrated into the construction process of the hybrid learning model,and a hybrid learning model for communication ability training is built.The model is based on the learning platform and the real classroom,and is divided into 3 parts:self-study before class,classroom communication and cooperation,reflection after class reflect.Finally,through two rounds of action research,we further validate the effectiveness of blended learning for communication skills development in the Preschool Education Principles course.Through the practice results and effect analysis,it is found that students have a certain improvement in communication cognition,communication awareness,communication skills,etc.;students' academic performance and learning behavior are significantly positively correlated;students are more suitable for blended learning mode.They are satisfied with the four dimensions of curriculum design,teacher-student interaction,students interaction and communication skills.To a certain extent,this study verifies that the hybrid learning model for communication ability training is beneficial to improve the communication ability of learners,and provides an effective reference for the cultivation of professional competence of preschool education teachers.
