The Research On Referee's Competence In China's Large-Scale Track And Field Competition

With the society's economy,science and technology's development,the China's large-scale track and field competition shows a series of new features,and these new features creat a higher requirement for track and field referee's competences who working in the largeal-scale track and field competition.The Constitute of track and field referee's competences provides the reference in track and field referee's selection,training and evaluation,so the research on track and field referee' scompetences is beneficial to strengthening the track and field referees construction and development.The research choose the referee's competences of China's large-scale Track and Field competition as the research object,use of literature, interviews,questionnaires and methods of mathematical statistics to conduct a series of research work.The study concluded that:1.The judge's competences structure in China's large-scale track and field competition include:ideological competences,professional competences,psychological competences,physical fitness competences. Professional competences is the premise of the track and field referee to complete their relevent work effectively;ideological quality is the referee's basement to accomplish their work;psychological competences is the guarantee of accomplish their work effective;and the physical competences,which is the other three competences's substance foundation.2.According to the importance of ideological competences of 8 factors, "fair and strict law enforcement,"the most important.According to the importance of professional competences of 12 factors," proficient in the rules and referees referee method,"the most important.According to the importance of psychological competences of 16 factors," The concept of a time" the most important.According to the importance of physical fitness of 3 factors," Would be capable of a physical condition or for multi-site(days) of the executive conference track and field competition work.""the most important.3.With the development of large-scale track and field competition, referees should not only have the comprehensive quality,but also take to work in this sector as the basis for learning,and continuously improve the quality of their own business.4.Science and technology's comprehensive use not only provided an effective support to the large-scale track and field competition and make the whole comptitionmore smooth,but also to ensure the fairness of the game,reducing the occurrence of undesirable phenomena.Still in the Large-scale track and field competition's referees selection process the referee's ideological quality is still very important.5.China's large-scale track and field competition has a large number referees team,multitudinous competetion event,more strict time arrangement,and also need different departments and the referee's good cooperatition to make the whole match running smoothly.Therefore,the referee's psychological factors become an one important factors in the referee's practical judgement.6.The Track and Field Referee Classâ… pay more attentions in diversified professional and the generic copmentences.And the attentions in this aspect become one of the key factors which influence the Track and Field Referee Classâ… career breakthrough.
