Boxing is a fighting-type sports that reflects comprehensive technical and tactical of athletes and all aspects of physical ability. Women’s boxing in China in recent years has achieved good results, is emerging a batch of excellent boxing athletes, such as ren brassy, Li Jinzi, Dong Cheng and so on.Boxing technique is asum technology which combine offensive and defensive action. Women’s boxing in China needs keep pace with the times, aim at different characteristics and capabilities of each athlete’s physical condition, fitness, form, function, etc., At the same time, we should follow the general rules, and pay attention to personal characteristics. With the development of the women’s boxing internationalization, China’s women’s boxing has achieved good results in recent years. Hope that through this article research, to analyze the mainstream of the level of sorting out the small female boxing athletes play, to find a more scientific method of physical training.In this paper, throught using documents, logical analysis, video collection and analysis, and mathematical statistical analysis, and taking the first time under the new rules of the National Women’s Boxing Championship for example, reseraching on the 2014 National Women’s Boxing Championship Boxing 14 athletes seven finals video techniques and tactics, to analysis and summarize the mainstream style of small level and the development direction of physical training.The results are as follows : First, boxing is a sport highly confrontational. First adapt to the new rules, a small level Female Boxers TACTIC has diversified for a comprehensive, more competition in the distance a small level athletes choose to attack combined Sliding mobile technology, using flip straight punch or a combination of punches to the opponent issue attack on the offensive attack with active mainly supplemented by tactical defensive back, mostly on the defensive and pace dodge move, combined with the pace of the withdrawal, use of flip straight punch, left straight punch and combination punches to attack again, but also because so most of the athletes race shortfalls energy reserves, physical exertion is too large, negative confrontation.Second,Boxing fitness training is focused on boxing knowledge and judgment of this project. Emphasis on physical fitness athletes cognitive abilities. Small level of physical training boxers need science to match the needs of athletes as the guiding ideology, training purpose is to develop an integrated and comprehensive technical ability athletes. Small level of players in the competition demonstrated by the speed, the continuity of the offensive, comprehensive technical and tactical ability, pace and flexible mobile, etc. have pointed out the need for the purpose of physical training for athletes with its own characteristics and actual ability to combine personal game need for training.Third, the strength training in the sport of boxing for a small level of body shape, the skills of the game is a typical speed class players, less offensive punch, good use of speed attack, when training should focus on speed and strength training; the sudden movement pace combines boxing attack, indicating a certain small level athletes training needs in the reaction force and power; as long rounds, the ability to overcome the resistance of muscle strength endurance athletes that itself is a test of strength when training should ensure that technical action on the basis of quality, strengthen the power of endurance training.Fourth, the speed of the sport of boxing training is not just the athletes themselves for the game Rhythm, is also an accurate judgment on the timing of the attack. Small level athletes reflect on the need for speed there are many, such as fast-paced attack, dodge move in the game, the game ’s ability to respond quickly and more. This requires the athlete ’s speed in peacetime training, focusing on reaction speed, movement speed, displacement speed exercises. When training to be based on the characteristics of the athletes themselves, to grasp the strength and resilience of good training athletes.Five, endurance is one of boxing athletes essential foundation conditions, glycolysis for energy capabilities and athletes recover their ability to race plays a vital role. Video can be seen through the game, the prevalence of small level athletes keep up the rhythm of physical final round of the game, technical movements caused inaccurate. When the endurance training, athletes should focus on a small level of strength endurance, speed endurance training, the environment can be simulated during training and competition, increase the load intensity, sensitive quality training athletes.
