Core Strength Training In Shaanxi Province Outstanding Female Boxing Athletes Research On The Effects Of Physical Fitness

Purpose: physical training is the foundation of boxing,and core strength training is an important component of athletes' physical training,which plays an important role in improving the athlete's function and promoting the improvement of their physical quality.Because of relatively weak strength,balance,stability of the core part of the body,several key players in Shaanxi province women' boxing athletes team suffered the waist injury after the heave load training,which interfered the normal training and limited the improvement of the special technical level of the athletes.For the preparation of the 13 th national games in 2017 and the world women' boxing championship in 2016,the women' boxing athletes in Shaanxi province were focused on core strength training during this winter in 2015,for solving the lack of core strength,relieving and preventing injuries,laying the foundation for a good fitness of the athletes,and playing a supplementary role of the development of special physical fitness of athletes,and finally in order to obtain excellent results.Methods: six members of Shaanxi Province Boxing Training Team were selected as the experimental subjects.The winter training was started from December 2,2015 to March 1,2016.From December 2,2015 to February 24,2016,these athletes were focused on the core strength training for a period of 12 weeks(37 times).The athlete were be tested before and after experiment,and the test indicators were listed as followed:(1)physical functional training(FMS): squat,step,straight advance junge,shoulder flexibility,straight leg lift active,trunk stable push-ups,the twist/rotation stability.(2)physical quality: ? strength quality: the standing long jump,bench press,barbell squat,sit-ups in 1 min,push-ups in 1 min,and struck sandbags in 1 min,the low back test(bend/stretch,lateral bending);? speed quality: 30 m,100m,and the reaction time;? agility quality: hexagonal jump;(4)flexibility quality: sit-and-reach;(5)endurance quality: running in 2 min,rope skipping in 2 min,3000m;(6)balance quality: one-leg standing with eye-closed.SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to carry out routine descriptive statistics for the experimental data.The results of the study before and after the training intervention were matched with T test,with a significant level of *P<0.05.Result:(1)After the winter training,the result of body functional test of the athletes were improved remarkably than that before winter training,including squat,step,shoulder flexibility,straight leg lift active,trunk stable push-ups,the twist/rotation stability(p<0.05),straight leg advance junge(P<0.01);(2)Physical quality: ? strength quality: the athletes' bench press increased after the winter training,but there was no significant difference on a whole(P>0.05);the barbell squat increased significantly(p<0.05);the standing long jump increased remarkably(P<0.01);the low back test(lower back)increased significantly(p<0.05);the low back test(left waist)increased significantly(p<0.05);the low back test(abdominal)increased remarkably(P<0.01).? speed quality: 30 m has no significant difference(P>0.05);100 m increased significantly(p<0.05);the reaction time increased significantly(p<0.05).? agility quality: hexagonal jump has no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)flexibility quality: sit-and-reach increased remarkably(P<0.01).(5)endurance quality: running in 1 min increased remarkably(P<0.01);rope skipping in 2 min increased remarkably(P<0.01);3000m increased remarkably(P < 0.01).(6)balance quality:one-leg standing with eye-closed(both left/right)increased significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The seven indexes of the FMS body functional test of the athletes were improved remarkably after the winter training,in which the torso stabilized push-ups and the twist/rotation stability in the symmetrical action increases largest(all are 69.5%);(2)The physical quality of the athletes after the winter training has been improved significantly: mainly in the strength quality of standing long jump,barbell squat,sit-ups in 1 min,push-ups in 1 min,and struck sandbags in 1 min;the speed quality of 100 m and the reaction time;the flexibility quality of sit-and-reach;the endurance quality of run in 2 min,rope skipping in 2 min and 3000 m;equilibrium stability of one-leg standing with eye-closed;(3)In this winter training,training for the lacking of core strength of the athletes has got the obvious benefit,which makes the athletes' overall ability improved remarkably and lay a good foundation for the athletes' excellent achievement.
