| In recent years,"mindfulness fever" has been raised in clinical psychotherapy, and has been widely used in mental health education.Mindfulness level has become a hot research topic.Long-term special training of athletes will affect their special psychological quality,so will the level of mindfulness be different due to long-term special training? In this study, mindfulness is measured as a psychological trait index.By comparing the difference of mindfulness level of athletes in different event groups,to explore the difference of mindfulness level of athletes in different event groups. This study adopts the methods of literature study, expert interview, measurement, mathematical statistics and so on.This paper evaluates the mindfulness level of 180 athletes from four major groups and nine subgroups by means of the Five-Factor Mindfulness Scale, analyze the evaluation results of mindfulness level of athletes from different groups and subgroups. The results show that:(1)The order of the each item group athletes’ mindfulness level is from high to low:skill and psychology-oriented athletes,skill-oriented athletes, skill and combat ability-oriented athletes, physical agility-oriented athletes.Through the analysis of one-way ANOVA about the mindfulness level of athletes in different categories, there are differences. The mindfulness level of skill and psychology-oriented athletes significantly higher than skill and combat ability-oriented athletes, physical agility-oriented athletes. The mindfulness level of skill and psychology-oriented athletes obviously higher than skill-oriented athletes. The mindfulness level of skill and combat ability-oriented athletes obviously higher than physical agility-oriented athletes.skill-oriented athletes’ mindfulness level significantly higher than physical agility-oriented athletes, skill and combat ability-oriented athletes.(2)There is no significant difference in the level of mindfulness between male and female athletes in the major categories.(3)After one-way ANOVA analysis of the mindfulness level of athletes from different sub-groups of the same big group, there was no significant difference in physical agility-oriented three subgroups(speed item group, fast strength item group, endurance item group). In skill and combat ability-oriented four subgroups(the same-field antagonistic item group, the net-separated antagonistic item group, the combat antagonistic item group and the rotation attack-defense antagonistic item group),the mindfulness level of the rotation attack-defense antagonistic item group athletes obviously higher than net-separated antagonistic item group athletes, the mindfulness level of the rotation attack-defense antagonistic item group athletes obviously higher than the combat antagonistic item groupathletes, the mindfulness level of the rotation attack-defense antagonistic item group athletes obviously higher than the the same-field antagonistic item group athletes.(4)Among the different subgroups of the same category, there is no difference in the level of mindfulness between male and female athletes in the three subgroups of the physical dominance category and in the four subgroups of the technical and combat competence dominance category. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Athletes who have been trained in different groups for a long time have different levels of mindfulness.(2)The characteristics of item training and the requirements for athletes are closely related to the level of athletes’ mindfulness and performance characteristics. Therefore, mindfulness training for athletes should be combined with the characteristics of the project and targeted intervention from different factors.(3)In the item groups of the same category and different subcategories(the fast strength item group, the speed item group and the endurance item group in physical agility-oriented group;the same-field antagonistic item group, the net-separated antagonistic item group, the combat antagonistic item group and the rotation attack-defense antagonistic item group in skill and combat ability-oriented group),there are differences in the level of athletes’ mindfulness among the four sub-categories of skill and combat ability-oriented group.(4)The level of athletes’ mindfulness is not affected by gender factors. |
