With the development of Social-economy, the lack of honor in the mind of children is going to happen universally. That the traditional filial piety education is urged by people.The author took part in the Sanqu project as the intern led by Jilin Tongchuang Association of Social Workers, I carried out an special investigation on the filial piety awareness of children with help of the school belonging to the community. Based on the investigation, I study on all the first grade students of A school belonging to Wenhe Community in Yanji, by questionnaires, action research, literature research, interviews and other research methods, using the cognitive theory and the role theory, aiming to improve the phenomenon that current children is lack of filial piety, then I took the group work. Before this activity I took the questionnaires, and recorded the performance of the children. Six group activities is a series, and in the process the measuring tools are family questionnaire, team satisfaction evaluation form, team atmosphere evaluation form and family interview running through the activity. After finishing the activity we took the family questionnaires again, with the contrast of the two results, I assessed the impact of group work. The innovation is that I added the social work team to improve the filial piety of the children on the basis of traditional methods.Finishing the activity, I combined the quantitative assessment and the qualitative assessment to assess the effect of the project. It seems like that with intervention of the team work, the filial piety in the mind and the action is improved greatly in the eight children involving.
