| In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization and the influx of rural labor into cities,the issue of children left behind in rural areas has become an important focus and issue of concern for academic and social circles.Based on the current academic focus on left-behind children in rural areas,which is mostly concentrated in areas such as deviant behavior,mental health,and educational gaps,and the status quo of related research on interpersonal communication skills of left-behind children in rural areas also needs to be in-depth studied.This study takes left-behind children in L Village,southeastern Shanxi Province,as the research object,and takes ecosystem theory as the basic theory.In the process of using group social work,it adopts a combination of dynamic and static methods The research method of combining qualitative research with quantitative research has conducted in-depth research on how to improve the interpersonal skills of rural left-behind children.The main content of this study is divided into three parts.In the second chapter,it is mainly determined to select L Village in southeastern Shanxi Province as the location for practical development,and conduct a demand survey on the service objects to determine that there are three major reasons for their interpersonal problems: micro,medium,and macro.Based on the analysis,evaluation,and discussion of the interpersonal needs of rural left-behind children in L Village in Chapter 2,Chapter 3 conducted six group work around these issues and the practical goals of social work to be achieved,aiming to improve and enhance the current situation of interpersonal skills of rural left-behind children in terms of emotional management,communication skills,solidarity and collaboration,parent-child relationships,and practical learning,with a view to achieving improvement in their interpersonal skills The goal of building and expanding their interpersonal support network.Chapter 4 comprehensively uses quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods to scientifically test the achievement of group goals and confirm the effectiveness of group activities.Finally,summarize and reflect on the practical process,and provide supportive suggestions for the current research situation.This study believes that group work is an effective method to solve the interpersonal skills problems of rural left-behind children,which conforms to the physical and mental development characteristics of left-behind children,and is conducive to enhancing their interactivity.At the same time,it is pointed out that multi-dimensional intervention in the interpersonal problems of left-behind children in rural areas can effectively improve the current plight.Intervention from multiple aspects of the three ecosystems of left-behind children can further strengthen social support and comprehensively improve interpersonal skills.The multi-dimensional intervention of group work is worth further promoting,forming a standardized new mechanism with safeguards,promoting the continuous improvement of interpersonal skills of rural left-behind children,and improving social support networks. |
