Recently,youth violence was increasing gradually, which not only affected teenagers’ physical and mental health, but also brought some potential instability and dangerous factors to our life. Youth is the hope of the country, youth violence has certain risk factors to small family and also the whole society, even it can affect the country’s prosper. It is well know that youth is the future of the a country and the hope of a nation,and adolescence life is the most critical and most dangerous period, their physiological and psychological are experiencing a special development period, they are not mature eough when facing and solving problems, when facing frustration and difficulties,they tend to use violence to solve, youth violence is a prelude to the juvenile delinquency, if not intervened and stopped timely and effectivly, the problem of juvenile will gradually move towards the crime.This paper attempts to a practice base of a center school in Siping City Lishu donghezhen, the author came into contact with viole adolescents,they are facing domestic violence from family, school and society, students fighting and some social youth problems, we should use theory and social psychological treatment combined with family,school and society, give the youth a good development space and a model demonstration, let the youth grow in a stable and good environment,pay attention to the psychological development and change to improve the skill of friendly communication Effectively reduce the violence of youth. It is hoped that this paper will have some reference for the social work intervention of adolescents with violence, and help more adolescents to reduce the violence and promote the good development of their physical and mental health.
