This research in the perspective of empowerment theory, combined with the author that the RBSW social work service agency in Beijing "three lost" youth social work practice, from the perspective of case support, explore "three lost" youth in case support work of intervention approaches-individual level, family level, interpersonal level, social level, this case support work "three lost" youth some of the methods, including youth activity space, interest in specialty cut method, pets can help method and skills development, policy advocacy, in order to enrich empowerment theory in "three lost" adolescent social work application study, and have a certain reference significance to "three lost" case support work in the future work, so that they can effectively help "three lost" youth development of their social function, promote their healthy growth.
