In recent years, the number of "three lost" youth is gradually increasing and expanding trend, such as "three lost" the resulting teenagers illegal crime and other social problems cause the extensive concern of the society in every way. How to effectively use social work theory and method of "three lost" youth assistance, prevent the deviant behavior has increasingly become an important issue in the field of social work. Empowerment theory is one of the important social work theory, it emphasizes the attention of the service object strengths, excavate the potential of the service object to enhance the power of the service object, to help the service object to obtain its own resources and the allocation of resources around the control ability."Three lost" youth groups because of family, school, peer groups, social as well as their own subjective and objective adverse factors to form, and gradually marginalized, their survival status quo is not optimistic, and generally characterized by low mental state, behavior derailed, fewer tensions within the family, less social interaction, they are often in a "no right to state"-lack of power, hidden power, and have no right to feel. This research in the perspective of empowerment theory, combined with the author that the RBSW social work service agency in Beijing "three lost" youth social work practice, from the perspective of case support, explore "three lost" youth in case support work of intervention approaches-individual level, family level, interpersonal level, social level, this case support work "three lost" youth some of the methods, including youth activity space, interest in specialty cut method, pets can help method and skills development, policy advocacy, in order to enrich empowerment theory in "three lost" adolescent social work application study, and have a certain reference significance to "three lost" case support work in the future work, so that they can effectively help "three lost" youth development of their social function, promote their healthy growth.
