Studies On Management Of Research Funding In Universities Of Inner Mongolia

Along with the uninterrupted development of science and technology, various colleges and universities are strengthening their construction of its own scientific research work, especially some of the research universities, has become a very important part of higher education system in our country. In order to better promote the improvement of the overall level of science and technology of China, China pays more and more attention to investment to higher education, the research funding granted to colleges and universities is also increasing. Promotion of research funding on the one hand can effectively help improve the quality of teaching, research and buy more equipment, but on the other hand, the management of research funding has been also more and more people’s attention. So, for universities, to research how a reasonable, equitable distribution and management of research funding can is very important.The study put the Universities and colleges in Inner Mongolia as the research object. The first point, the background, significance and research status of this research work to study and learn; the second point, summarize the theoretical basis of university research funds management analysis and sorting; Third, investment in the status quo of China’s university research funding to analyze and summarize the problems arise stage; fourth, to the management of research funding status quo analysis to identify the stage of university research funding on management issues problems and the causes of these problems; and finally, for the problems propose appropriate solutions. Measures proposed in this research work mainly as:more perfect in the management system and the system; establish and improve the supervision and management-system; standardize university asset management; strengthen the overall performance evaluation system of research funding; the establishment of research funding responsibility for tracing the use and management of mechanisms. Universities in Inner Mongolia to enhance and strengthen the management and use of the research funding, research funding will be truly applied to the right places to protect research funding has a high degree of transparency through these countermeasures.
