The Study On Funding Problems Of The Extra-curricular Sport Clubs Of The Universities In Beijing

With the "health first" guiding thinking of the college sports courses and the deepening of reform,university of extra-curricular sports clubs as an extension of physical education and a new campus sports culture,is its unique features and functions to attract more and more groups to join.However,as the increase of its members and the richer of its activities,the problem of inadequate funding have become increasingly exposed.Funding is the material guarantee of the normal operation and sustainable development of the club.Lack of funds will severely affect the normal activities of the club and restricting the club's long-term development.In this paper,regarding the question of increase revenue and reduce expenditure of the funding,from the perspective of funding sources and funding management,research the problem of club's funding and its reason,and then propose the measures.In this paper,using the survey method,interviews method and the documents and materials method,investigating the income level of funding,the funding channels,the funding management system,the funding management institution and the funding management content of the club. Come into the the two main issues of club:the inadequate funding sources and the unnorm of funding management,and analysis the reasons of the two problems:the low standards of the contributions,the insufficient support for schools,the single of fund-raising channels,the absence of institutions and systems management,the absence of the quality of management,the lack of an effective supervision system,and so on. Finally,to the basis of the status quo and the guide to theory,Propose the measures of raise the income levels and strengthen the management of the club funds:contributions formulate reasonable standards, eliminate the phenomenon of arbitrary charges;increase the intensity of the School support;broaden the financing channels to diversify funding;strengthen the management of institution-building,developing fund management charter;improve the quality of fund management; strengthen the budget management;improve the auditing supervision system,improve transparency in the use of funds.
