Research Of The Localization And Its Countermeasure Mongolian High Schools In Banners And Counties School

In the region, taking Mongolian high schools in banners and counties as a case,while some students are able to study at the schools in the region,cities or other banners and counties,there are always the so-called-left-behind ones left accounting for the majority of student. Then,how to we cultivate these students into talented ones during the three-year short period?How can we find for them a way to their brilliant future?In this paper,these questions would be studied with practical examples.Shall we give up the two-left-behind students who are worse at study and manner after the students, who have good academic performance and material condition, transfer to other school ? How should we develop them?This paper intends to give some instructions on how to run Mongolian high schools in the bitter situation and fierce competition by introducing mainly the methods taken by the Mongolian high school in Borhot of Onnod and the accomplishment the school has made.
