children will become a youth when they study in juniour middle school. Their mind and body will change a lot in this period, their values,world outlook will begin to form in their mind. School should develop pupils all kind of consciousness in order to prevent and reduce the negative effect of external factor, because junior middle school student aways take the evaluation on them seriously, they are easily affected by the external factor.The object of the personal right have a close connection with the pupil`s mind and body. The circumstances that pupil`s personal right is encroached universally exist. So juniour middle school should regard the development of pupil`s personal right consciousness as the key point of the work.I wrote some theories that include the concepts about personal right, the varieties and characters of the personal right, the particular of the pupil`s personal right consciousness and the importance of the development of the pupil`s personal right consciousness in the front part of this paper.Then I analyesd the problem existing in the development of the pupil`s personal right consciousness of Gerqulu school and put forward the suggestion about how to improve the development of the pupil`s personal right consciousness of Gerqulu school.
