Since the middle 80 years of the 20 th century, the process of urbanization and industrialization continues to accelerate, the influx of a large number of rural population to the cities. With the changing patterns of migration flows, migrant children have become an important part of the floating population. According to statistics, the population size of migrant children has reached more than four thousand people. Migrant children in the critical period of socialization,whether it can be smoothly integrated into urban life not only to the development of their own health, but also about justice and harmony and stability of the whole society.In this paper, in order to Changsha City N Primary School of migrant children as the research object, collection of migrant children in city life questionnaire survey method, interview method, focuses on the analysis of the psychological aspects of migrant children in city encountered in life, learning, problem. The study found that: migrant children generally use Mandarin to communicate, but not with the city residents to form a good social interaction; the children lacking good learning environment, academic performance is significantly worse than city children; migrant children’s cognitive bias, part of the flow of children prone to anxiety, fear, loneliness and other psychological problems. In view of this situation, the study of intervention of the use of professional social work method of floating children appear maladjustment problems, through the case method, panel method to help migrant children adverse changes in cognitive learning, interpersonal skills, improve academic performance, and help them to restore confidence, to better integrate into the city life.
