Master of education training is the purpose of training with modern education ideas, have high theoretical quality and practice ability of education management cadres and backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools. Master of education training effect of high and low to a large extent depends on the rationality of the training course system. The reasonable curriculum system can effectively improve the quality of training of master of education, improve the education of master of education teaching ability, so as to realize the training goal of master of education, education on the basis of high-level talents. However, master of education in our country to develop the current situation is not so optimistic, master of education to cultivate the quality is not very desirable, leading to social of master of education is not high, esteemed its existence value is in question. Investigate its reason, at present our country full-time master of education in the training course system, practical courses for primary and secondary school teachers’ professional standards need loss affects the current master of education is to train and develop the quality of important reasons. So, master of education training quality, must start from the cultivation course system reform, build a teacher professional standards of the course system of full-time master of education practice ability.Based on the master of education curriculum system as the research center, the integrated use of questionnaire investigation, literature research, case analysis and other research methods, in order to conduct the thorough research to the master of education curriculum system present situation, found that there is a problem, at the same time to practice is a principle to analyze the causes of the problem. Finally, from the perspective of teachers’ professional standards refer to the influence factors of master of education curriculum system, curriculum system on the solution of the targeted strategy Suggestions to build a set of reasonable and effective, and can improve the curriculum system of master of education practice ability.Paper is divided into five chapters: First chapter is introduction, mainly including the research background, definition, literature review and research ideas and methods, etc. The second chapter mainly introduces the full-time master of education in our country practice ability on the principles of the curriculum system, specific content involved in curriculum reform, teacher’s professional standards, such as training objectives of education master factors affecting curriculum system constructing. The third chapter is mainly based on the current problems existing in curriculum system of a statement, then perform causal analysis of a problem. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the perspective of teachers’ professional standard education master’s practice ability the influence factors of curriculum system,, a strategy for the curriculum system constructing advice to do a good job of foreshadowing. The fifth chapter on the questionnaire survey found the problems in the curriculum system constructing, targeted policy Suggestions are put forward. Finally is the epilogue part.
